…to be a mentor!

It appears that I am one of four (that I know of) alumni invited to mentor UCFV CIS students.

My responsibilities will entail helping students set long-term career goals and short-term learning objectives, among many other things. UCFV wants to provide educational and professional development opportunities for young professionals entering the industry, and it sounds like UCFV is headed in the right direction with the new mentorship program.

Supposedly there’s a meeting soon, so I’ll post some more information once it’s available.
